The Bug #1650336 seems to have dependency with the number of nfs shares should be mounted in fstab (from the same server) ...
For your information : Apart from this kernel crash problem with multible nfs mounts ... the 4.4 mainline kernels, including the 4.4.41 from yesterday seems not to have the permission problem.
