When resuming from suspend, network-manager only displays one random network
(random/different one each time).

Switching WiFi off and on does not fix it. iwlist scanning does not fix
it.

After running "sudo iwlist scanning", network manager works normally
again immediately.

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
