Public bug reported: I use Ubuntu MATE 16.10. When caja is on compact view, then I can move the scrollbar with the mouse click (grab), but I can't move it with the mouse wheel.
This behaviour is present at Manjaro MATE edition too. On opensuse tumbleweed it works fine even thought it uses the same caja version 1.16.x (maybe they have different build). I reported it here: https://github.com/mate-desktop/caja/issues/703 and someone commented that it doesn't affect fedora either and so I should report it on the affected distributions. Way to reproduce: 1) Open caja 1.16 on ubuntu 16.10 2) Open a folder with many files (so that the scrollbar appears) and change view to Compact view. 3) Try to move the scrollbar using the mouse wheel. ** Affects: caja (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: I use Ubuntu MATE 16.10.
