debbugs has been removed from Debian. Please remove it from Ubuntu also.
This is blocking libmime-tools-perl from migrating out of zesty-proposed
since libmime-tools-perl no longer provides libmime-perl which debbugs
depends on.
$ reverse-depends -s src:debbugs

$ reverse-depends -b src:debbugs
No reverse dependencies found
