** Description changed: Upstream KDE initially maintained two versions, KDE4 and Plasma 5. Kubuntu started to package the newer KF5 version in new packaging called kdeconnect-plasma. However, Debian decided to reuse the old KDE4 packaging and released KF5 version in this packaging. https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-kde/kde-extras/kdeconnect.git/ Kubuntu now want to follow this move and released kdeconnect 1.0.1, however this version is stuck in proposed due to issues with the kdeconnect-plasma debug package.
