hmm, fix released when? I'm using 16.10 and I have the same problem. I use a desktop computer (no battery), I have a normal USB dongle (lsusb says: Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle) with a wireless keyboard. Plus I have a logitech mouse with its own dongle (Logitech, Inc. Unifying Receiver). Both devices work perfectly. System settings/power management only shows keyboard, not the mouse. But I can't make it display on the menubar. It's set to present. Otherwise I have 2 USB cord mice, 1 PS2 keyboard, 1 pen tablet, 1 USB d-pad controller, 1 USB to phone, 1 USB HP printer on this computer. All works perfectly.
