On my IBM Thinkpad 240X (LynxEM+) I do not have any freezing problems.

However, the mouse cursor is garbled. It actually displays three cursors
close to each other. Setting HWCursor false in xorg.conf fixes this.

Also, text-mode is not restored when exiting to back to console (even
though I'm not using vesafb or anything). It doesn't lockup but a reboot
is required to see anything.
