I got it now. The version you are running is in feisty-proposed and has
not been published for general use. Randomly accepting updates from
feisty-proposed is not a good idea as it is not rare for them to have
problems (they are published there for testing before release). Please
comment on issues in proposed uploads in the bug the upload is intended
to fix, in this case Bug #91848.
In the future when a developer asks you for information, it'll generally
save everyone time if you actually answer the question rather than just
provide a link to a bug that you believe is related.
