Similar here. When I click on on the "close" button and it takes some time until the logout window appears. Does not take 1.5 min tough (ca 30s) until the window appears, meanwhile the system is kind of locked. Seems like the window is somewhere invisible in the background. Then after ca 30 sec the window finally appears. If if cancel the shutdown window again and retry to shutdown the system the windows appears immediately.
