I just updated all the packages yesterday. The audio card stop working and just had a constant noise sound.
Booted into windows to try to restore it, as previously that work. And Windows couldn't find the device, nor the software to restore the card. After shutting the computer down and running a diagnostic (the one shipped with the laptop), I booted back into windows and the card appear again. Booted back into Ubuntu 16.10 just to discover that the card was working again.
