maybe not the besto solution Install Envy - this will install fglrx 8.40.4 ( but when U will change / upgrade linux kernel - U must do Envy again ;) because the gutsy restricted modules will overwrite your installed modules by Envy - anyway It will took 2 minutes to reinstall fglrx with Envy again )
