I would say too that VirtualBox is THE killer feature to help users in my company (whose i am an admin) to switch to linux the less difficulty possible. For this an usage of VirtualBox the most friendly possible for end-users should be an priority and this why i think that's it can be considered like a bug and would be great if it will be fixed for gutsy release. In this way the ideal solution is to have the fullscreen mode hitself above the kde taskbar (if you have multiple desktop you put the virtual machine in one of them and only it and don't care of seamless mode in this desktop).
