I started a kernel bisect between v4.8-rc8 and v4.8 final. The kernel bisect will require testing of about 7-10 test kernels.
I built the first test kernel, up to the following commit: f51fdffad5b7709d0ade40736b58a2da2707fa15 The test kernel can be downloaded from: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1634862 Can you test that kernel and report back if it has the bug or not?
