This bug definitely qualifies for a Stable Release Update (SRU) in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. But I don't have time and desire to perform the SRU Procedure. To be honest, I don't understand why exactly I should do all that stuff instead of Ubuntu folks. Sorry, in this case just close this bug.
