Public bug reported: >From https://bugs.debian.org/825103 :
pandas is a popular package which other packages depend upon. It also comes with an extensive tests battery which I excercise at package build time. Unfortunately that leads to FTBFs on many architectures for which upstream doesn't provide support and so far I had no resources to support as well. As was suggested by others (see https://bugs.debian.org/824870 ), the easiest resolution ATM is simply to remove pandas for the architectures where it FTBFS, to allow it propagate back to testing -- it is a solid package otherwise. ...
