I have 3 nodes (3 OpenStack controllers) where there are multiple lxds.
All the LXDs are managed by Juju.

I'm not much familiar with LXDs, is there any config file that we've to
edit, or we have to use 'lxc config set' command to set boot.autostart
to true. In lxc config output that I shared,user.boot.autostart is
already set to true.
