According to open-vm-tools-dkms package's description:
```
This package provides the source code for the vmxnet module, which was
superseded by vmxnet3. You should only install this package if you know
that you need the legacy vnxnet module.
Kernel source or headers are required to compile it using DKMS.
```
The driver provided by which is already in kernel source tree which, no
longer has importance to be recommended by the open-vm-tools-desktop
package, please remove it from the dependency info.
N.B. The open-vm-tools package neither depend nor recommend open-vm-
tools-dkms thus nothing needed to be changed.
