Tested the latest upstream kernel from
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds currently 4.8.4 on Ubuntu
16.04. My Bluetooth adapter was not recognized.

This time the transceiver for my wireless keyboard + mouse was
disconnected.

I'm going to download Ubuntu 16.10 and see if it recognizes my Bluetooth
adapter.
