Hi If you have a bridge who support the vendor independent SAT standard try
`sudo gsmartcontrol --add-device '/dev/sdb::sat' --no-scan' If your bridge support an other standard, you can change 'sat' with the correct one (see https://www.smartmontools.org/wiki/USB and https://www.smartmontools.org/wiki/Supported_USB-Devices).
