Ok, i think i managed it... The file: libwayland-egl1-mesa:amd64.list in /var/lib/dpkg/info was corrupt by i don't know what cause. I looked at the Internet and found the list at: http://packages.ubuntu.com/en/xenial-updates/amd64/libwayland-egl1-mesa/filelist
Checked first that the list corresponded with the files i have Made a new empty file and copied the list in it and trow away the bad one > done Afterwards, i could make my updates. If someone want to take a look at it, i uploaded the bad file and the new one that worked.
