Public bug reported: In Ubuntu 16.10, I have gnome-terminal in my launcher. When I start it, I see two terminals in the launcher - one representing the running terminal(s), one that allows me to open another terminal. No other application seems to behave this way. I don't believe this behaviour was evident in 16.04.
FWIW I have Ubuntu Tweak Tool also installed and I have selected minimize single window applications on click (which works). Also this was an upgrade from 16.04.
