Only partially fixed there. At startup, the desktop is over all the windows, and when I right-click over the desktop and my popup menu covers the KDE panel, everything disappears. Thus, when I try to move a window such as Konsole, sometimes it's impossible to move due to this bug.
However this is better than it was.
