Seems like at some point of the installation' actually after lots of
file and folders are already copied, the installer crashes.
at this time /target is mounted read only and some writing failes
Happens in various configurations' cant install 16.04.01
various target disks,
various sours USBs
can mount and read/write to disk with USB system
