Thank you for the report, Foucrier. Sounds like maybe the options is not
saved. It's hard to say whether or not this is System Settings or Ofono,
so please do the following:

1. Open System Settings.
2. Set connection type as desired (e.g. 3G).
3. Run [1] and verify 3G is set.
4. Reboot.
5. Immediately inspect [1] and verify 3G is set.
6. Open System Settings and verify 3G is selected in the UI.

Please let me know at which step it fails. You can also add the output
of [1] at each step as attachments to this bug.
