Isn't it a problem with dependencies - I see I do have libnss-dev and libnspr-dev installed, but their names just don't include 3/4 - versions match exacty installed libnspr4 and libnss3. Maybe simple fix in dependency list (was there a typo?) would fix that problem for both libmozjs-dev and libxul-dev?
