Public bug reported: Seems to be when mediascanner-2.0 is not running when *it's* usually the process that takes up 100% cpu ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mediascanner2/+bug/1398614 )...that apport begins to run at 100% cpu for an indeterminate time(after awhile of heating up my computer, I typically kill -9 it).
