This should be fixed in the upcoming Libertine release in Yakkety.
libertine-lxc-manager is switching from a socket based service to a DBus
based service, so this particular issue should just go away.
I will open for right now, but it should be confirmed after libertine is
released, that this issue no longer occurs.
