it seems that it is a timeout problem. As far as i know uses Sipgate.de Asteriks. (If it helps) After a Minute or so it comes (Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen) Login failed. I can make calls like before. Only Incoming calls won't be accepted. It turned down the rigstra timeout from 3600 to 600 but i doesn't help. I think this bug is critical and decrease the usability of Ekiga. Please help!
