Public bug reported:
Simply put this newly released version (7ish hours ago) does not play
nicely/apply theme to xfce4-indicator-plugin shipped with xfce 4.12 on
Linux Mint 18. Old version worked fine, downgraded and locked system to
old version until a fix is applied. Please fix, pretty please, this is a
nice theme, it seems this standard xfce panel plugin causes lots of
issues, you guys had it right before though for a few years now.

Numix GTK Theme Version 2.6.0+569~201609191034~ubuntu16.04.1 does not
theme xfce4-indicator-plugin version 2.3.3, last released version
2.1.2-0ubuntu 1 worked fine.
