My point is that isn't the latest version of vim-gtk3. You want http://mirrors.kernel.org/ubuntu/pool/universe/v/vim/vim-gtk3_7.4.1689-3ubuntu1.1_amd64.deb What does apt-cache policy vim-gtk3 say?
