Yeah, sounds like a hint to the BleachBit folks. (hadn't seen your comment #46 when I posted my comment #47) As regards those two packages, and based on your latest comments, I assume that reinstalling was a no-op in 14.04, since you had a higher version number installed than was available in the archive.
