Both devices are new to me and I recently bought them new. The same happened with 4.4.0-22 at least. I have not been able to pair by any kernel that I have tried with.
I hope the "blueman-manager output" attachment is useful. Bluetooth dongle with same id seems to have worked at some point: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardwareSupportComponentsBluetoothUsbAdapters It is found under brand Bluetake there (mine is Konig) and there is: "Works out-of-the-box in Ubuntu v10.04 ~ 11.04 Stopped working reliably in 11.10, frequent kernel panics and other general not good stuff, [Bug: 901770] ... Might need same fix as Belkin : add "blacklist hci_usb" to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf, and add "hci_usb reset=1" to /etc/modules" I tried the module trick and rebooted, but no help. Maybe I'll experiment with the mainline kernel next. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1620648 Title: Pairing bluetooth 0a12:0001 with Bose SoundLink II headphones fails To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/blueman/+bug/1620648/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
