@Jeremy: for the same reasons you posted, this package could potentially also 
be safely removed.
The new version adds new features so, also if they are not so many, as per 
FreezeExceptionProcess I *had* to request this exception and IMHO I don't think 
"package ATM FTBFS" is a good reason to upload any new upstream version, also 
because the new one can be worst in many ways (for example it could have a new 
security issue).
