Public bug reported:
In firefox if the file>"work offline" is checked, in Ubuntu7.10 beta
"Network"(system>Administration>Network>Wired Connection) becomes
disabled&automatically changes to "Enable roaming mode"&IP Address,Subnet
mask&Gateway address is grayed out and has to be reconfigured to "static IP
Address".Till then No Internet connection is active.
