Confirming. Kubuntu Gutsy, no desktop effects. Function Wizard hangs Calc. Steps to reproduce: Open a Calc spreadsheet. On Sheet 1, A1 enter 1234. On Sheet 2, A1 click on the Function Wizard. Select the Concatenate function. In text 1 field, click on the Shrink icon. Select Sheet 1, A1, click the Maximize icon. Calc hangs... Same invalid pointer error.
