Peter: Thanks for trying. I run the same kernel etc. etc. but it keeps happening for me. Well, for me, it's not a big deal, since I just use my script from here: http://askubuntu.com/questions/761180/wifi-doesnt-work-after-suspend-after-16-04-upgrade/761220#761220 but for new users, it can be quite annoying.
