Thanks! Having already upgraded, I cannot test this properly. do-
release-upgrade says on the command line that there is no release
available.

In defence of my bug report, it was focused on the self-awareness, if
you like, of update-manager, not the lack of an analogous tool for
servers.

So while it is great news to hear of do-release-upgrade, it would still
be better behviour to:

- not offer to do the server dist-upgrade in upgrade-manager
- know how to upgrade something that is a server, not a desktop

the 2nd item could consist of pointing out that the installation may be
a server (if it doesn't have ubuntu-desktop installed) and that this is
not the tool for server upgrades... Of course, it could even mention
do-release-upgrade, but it need not.

Maybe you can tell me if this is a bug report or a feature request. I
believe the first item, above, when combined with a suggestion to
install ubuntu-desktop as a solution to having a guided upgrade, is a
bug.

Thanks!!!
Chris
