OK. Can you reboot, immediately open the store upon unlocking the device
and being connected to the network where this fails for you, and then
attach the /home/phablet/.cache/upstart/unity8-dash.log file here,
without doing anything else? That might provide a little more info.

I'm not sure it's the network, as there doesn't seem to be a network
error in your log file. I'm also hitting an odd issue locally when
testing the store scope on my PC. I get no results from there, but it
works fine on my nexus 4, both on the same network. So there is
something weird going on I think, but I can't figure out what yet.
