I even tried Ubuntu 16.04.1 with Kernel 4.7, Unfortunately still problem is there.. after that.. I have seen gnome-system-monitor and found that gnome-software using more than 110 MiB of my RAM and Evolution services using My RAM unnecessarily .. Killing these services reduce My RAM usage so that i have removed these from auto start
