I'm a bit confused. I've not installed 15.04 - I was installing every kernel (newest to oldest) on my 16.04 (upgraded from 14.04) computer until I found one that worked (4.2.8).
What else can I test on my 16.04 computer? I cannot use any kernel since 4.2.8. If it's been fixed, will there be an update for 16.04 soon? I would very much like to do a clean install but cannot because of the blackscreen. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1609242 Title: Kernels 4.3-4.8 result in blackscreen - Intel Ivybridge To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1609242/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
