Public bug reported: The description in `apt-cache show` ends with this paragraph:
Note that MariaDB also comes with an included version of the client library. The main reason to use this package, rather than libmariadbclient-dev, is differences in licensing: this package uses the LGPL, while libmariadbclient-dev uses the GPL. But the package libmariadbclient-dev appears no longer to exist in 15.10 (nor in 16.04).
