I just did the update, and I am getting the same error. However, update-
notifier seems to be installed fine, but every time I install something
in synaptic now I am being greeted by this annoying message:
An error occured
The following details are provided:
E: update-notifier: subprocess post-installation script returned error
exit status 1
How can I get rid of it?
