Public bug reported:

If i install dnssec-trigger the resolvconf package is removed as there is a
collision between the 2.
If i boot to safe mode and select the check my packages feature i run into 2
issues.
First network connection seems down, second it tries to re-install resolvconf.
This doesn't make sense, resolvconf shouldn't needed because dnssec-trigger is
installed.
It should be able to run without gui in safe-mode, shouldn't it?

I am running Kubuntu 16.04
