Public bug reported:

I use ubuntu and have done so for some years. However I am not any kind
of expert. I bought the new Ubuntu usb from canonical just now and
attempted to instal it on a pc which had already Windows 10. I have an
HP laptop with AMD and 960GB harddisk a few months ago. I needed Windows
to work with colleagues. I don't like Windows and so I tried to
instal, following the instructions. I reached the third step where I
chose to divide the harddrive equally and then the step of location. I
was identified as being in Nicosia and then the installation crashed. I
don't remember the exact message but the gist was that I could not
instal ubuntu.

I would be grateful if you could help me, after all I bought your usb
16.04 and followed the instructions to the letter.

I am asked below to attach files, and ascertain if it is really a bug
etc. I am not able to do those things because it is too technical for
me.

The version is Ubuntu 16.04 on a canonical usb bought online from
canonical GB.

I expected to follow instructions to instal Ubuntu alongside Windows 10,
but the installation crashed at the point described above.
