Public bug reported:

Click to edit an Wi-Fi configuration on nm-connection-editor, on the tab
Wi-Fi Security, in the field Password, on the corner icon select "Ask
for this password every time", the Save button is disabled and when
mouse over is shown the message "Invalid setting Wi-Fi Security: invalid
wpa-psk: invalid key-length 0. Must be [8,63] bytes or 64 hex digits"
but you can't type the password, and even if you could, you do not want
to.
