The only customization we make make is to the server.xml
We set the AJP connector with custom port, max_threads, uriencoding, 
redirectport, connectiontimeout, proxyport, scheme and secure.

However I would expect an upgrade to either ignore our changes or
overwrite them, none of that seems to happen.
