I am just about to post another bug on this subject : "Visual Effects could not been enabled. I am pretty sure it's again to be blamed on the SIS video chipset... But as long as the error message is not very explicit, I have some hope it could be another solvable problem..."
Indeed I have a SIS integrated video chipset and I can't enable the visual effect. I use the desktop switching using the mouse towards the edge of the adjacent desktop, that's the only desktop effect I use. Feel free to tell me if you need more information on my configuration... 2007/10/7, Sebastien Bacher <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > > Thank you for your bug. Do you use hte desktop effects option?
