This week-end i tried kernel 4.7-rc4 and still it couldn't recognize my
bluetooth adapter.

I can add some useful informations:
1) i got the bluetooth working using this project:
https://github.com/neurobin/MT7630E
2) the usb id changes depending how i boot the computer. If I boot windows
first (i have a dual boot), and i reboot as Linux without power off the usb id
is: 0e8d:763f, if I boot Linux fresh (after a power off) the usb id is
0489:e080. Also if i use the driver mentioned at point 1 the usb id is
0e8d:763f. I have the strong suspect the drivers load a firmware that changes
the usb id.
