Thanks for the report, Maximiliano.

For background, Maximiliano asked why the system-observe interface
wasn't allowing him to send signals (SIGTERM) to other processes from
the htop snap. The system-observe interface is defined as, "Can query
system status information," and, in my opinion, shouldn't be able to
send SIGTERM. I asked him to file a bug requesting a new interface that
allows system-manage tasks to be performed.
