Public bug reported: Binary package hint: compiz-gnome
Without compiz one can place the window list on a vertical panel, say on the right of your desktop, and it will expand downwards to fill up the space, as you would expect. However with compiz the window-list only expands downwards to a fraction of the space. To repeat, from fresh ubuntu desktop. 1: place a panel on the right of your desktop, with nothing else on 2: add a window list to this panel 3: if compiz isn't active for some reason, activate it (unless your computer doesn't support it) 4: open a few windows 5: observe how they're all squashed into about a quarter of the panel ** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Invalid -- window list under compiz doesn't work vertically https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/150253 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
